NOLA Time Machine AR Trailer
NOLA Time Machine is an AR app that shows four portals to the future of New Orleans. This trailer made by Tricia Towey, explains the concept and behind the scenes of how this project was created. The idea came from Tricia Towey, and the project was created by me and my other team collaborators. We were able to display and present the project at LunaFete Festival. We traveled to the future that night!
Time Machine AR Preview
Here is a preview of the project showing the augmented reality experience and one of our target images at the LunaFete Festival. The stand with target images shown in the video was set up by Tricia Towey. Although we were not able to capture all four doorways that show each scene, here is a preview of one of the portals.
I had the opportunity to work on programming as well as 3D modeling and animating three scenes: an underwater city, a developed casino city, and a train station—all ideas for the future of New Orleans.
